Processing time for orders is 24-48 hours during business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. 

After the carrier has picked up the order,  ownership of the package(s) become the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping is a service you purchase from FedEx along with your order during checkout, so any shipping issues must be handled directly with the carrier.
