What is your return policy?
- RETURNS are NOT allowed.
- Please do not order masks unless you know you need them.
- Exceptions will be made for a replacement or refund, should there be a manufacturer defect.
- Submit request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org for refund or replacement within 60-days of order date.
- Provide the order number along with the lot number on box.
- Return defective product with order number and lot number to Safe’N’Clear for evaluation to PO Box 1961, Davidson, NC 28036.
