What is your return policy?

• RETURNS are NOT allowed. 
• Please do not order masks unless you know you need them.
• Exceptions will be made for a replacement or refund, should there be a manufacturer defect. 
  • Submit request via email to [email protected] for refund or replacement within 60-days of order date.
  • Provide the order number along with the lot number on box.
  • Return defective product  with order number and lot number to Safe’N’Clear for evaluation to PO Box 1961, Davidson, NC 28036.
