Customer Care & Accounting Specialist

Lynn Stephenson serves as the Customer Care & Accounting Specialist. She has spent her career in the health care industry. Her diverse background includes pharmaceuticals, managed care, and social work. Her professional expertise is in project management, operational functions, regulatory compliance, marketing, strategic planning, and solutions. Stephenson led matrix teams developing and implementing disease management programs, supporting internal sales teams, and overseeing the development and implementation of an ordering system.

Stephenson values the importance of communication; she grew up with a father who is partially deaf. She has a strong desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.

Lynn’s key responsibilities at Safe’N’Clear include:
  • Work closely with the Vice President of Operations and the Accounting Specialist
  • Process customer orders
  • Process incoming payments by check, credit card, and EFT
  • Generate and manage invoices via the company’s internal accounting system as well as various customer invoicing and payment portals
  • Develop and enhance relationships with our customers by better understanding their needs.
  • Provide support to Customer Service for corporate purchase order account credit applications, account arrears, invoice payments, and other financial customer issues
  • Work directly with customers daily and striving to exceed their expectations, specifically about our service and product
Background:

Stephenson earned a bachelor’s degree in social work from North Carolina State University and a master’s degree in business administration from Meredith College. In her leisure time, Stephenson enjoys spending time with family and friends, two rescue dogs, one rescue cat, traveling, reading, and volunteering at a local animal shelter.
